Refund Policy

At Keystone Asset Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized AI solutions tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Due to the bespoke nature of our systems, significant time, development, and resources are invested from day one. As such, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Notice Period

Clients must provide a minimum of two (2) months’ written notice prior to canceling any ongoing services. This notice period ensures we can properly offboard your systems, preserve data integrity, and finalize any outstanding deliverables.

Refund Eligibility

Because all of our services are built specifically for each client, all payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription or retainer fees

  • Onboarding or setup fees

  • Annual or pre-paid contracts

  • AI development or consultation hours

In rare or extraordinary cases, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

Final Billing

Upon providing a cancellation notice, billing will continue for the two-month notice period. Services and full support will remain active during that time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
